CrystalGems want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our policy is as follows:

• Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

​

• Conditions for Return:​

  • The original certificates (GIA, IGI, etc.) and packaging must be returned. Missing certificates will result in a rejected return.

  • Customized jewelry or "made-to-order" pieces are non-returnable.

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.

​

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

​

• Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is securely packaged.
